What better time to talk about how our #HealthMatters than on Pi Day? :)
Much like Fat Tuesday, St. Patrick’s Day, Thanksgiving, etc., here is one more day in our year where we are coaxed to eat too much of a good thing. Your health really matters, especially when you’re working from home. You don’t get all the movement you should be getting. (Trust me on this one!) And when you get lazy, your habits get lazy.
If you must succumb to eating some pie today, make it a good pie. A meat pie for dinner. An egg pie. With a lovely salad.
Look, I’m going to make this short and sweet today. Take care of yourself. Yes, have that treat pie. If you’re in Houston, I recommend heading out to the House of Pies. If you’re in Petoskey, MI, definitely stop by Jesperson’s for a nice lunch and an amazing, fresh, still warm piece of banana cream pie. Ahhh….
And then go for a walk!
