Well, here we are at that time of year again. Yeah, it's Christmas, but more than that, it's the time of year of the expanding waistline. And, unless your Santa, that's not a good thing.
I (Frankie) don't know about you guys, but for me this is a rough time of year when it comes to sticking to my healthy eating habits. There is just so much good stuff (or bad stuff depending on how you look at it) everywhere. It's not enough that there are cookies and cakes and pies and candy all over the stores, but people are making this stuff homemade! OH. MY. GOD! So I thought I'd give y'all a couple of tips on staying (mostly) on track through the holidays.
