It's a funny week. Frankie wrote Monday's blog about The AARGH of things, and separately I (Andrea) had written the #TipOfTheDay about The AARGH. And here we are on Friday, and I am 153% experiencing a huge case of The AARGH.
It's not even 9am here, and my day has just come to a grinding halt. I was up at 5:30am with so much hope and promise, and within three hours, I've tanked it. You don't think it's possible for things to get so messed up in such a short amount of time, but here I am, wondering what the hell happened, and how do I recover?
What's done is done. It's not about what got screwed up in the past three hours. It's about how I deal with the next three hours. How I recover. I can sit here stewing about things, or I can focus my attention on more positive outcomes.
You need to make the choice right now. Are you going to let The AARGH get the better of you and ruin your day, or you going to put The AARGH behind you and know that your next steps will be better ones?
