Last weekend I (Andrea) told my husband I needed a notepad and pen hung around my neck to write down everything I was thinking about. I was in the kitchen doing dishes when I suddenly realized I needed to buy something off of Amazon. I literally took about ten steps to my laptop, sat down, and my cat came over and started meowing. It was such a distraction that I forgot what it was I was going to buy. To this day I still don't know what it was, but I do know that when it comes time for me to reach for the thing I was supposed to buy and find that it's not there, I'm going to have a huge A-HA moment.
My #tipoftheday is simple. Write it down. When you have an idea, write it down. When you hear a song that you like and want to buy it later, write it down. When you see a commercial for a product you need to buy, write it down. When you have to make an important phone call, write it down. Write it all down, because you don't want to regret missing something amazing because your brain was too busy with other thoughts.
Frankie and Andrea take turns sharing stories. Just good talk over a cup of coffee.
