Sometimes stress just creeps in out of nowhere. You know you're doing a million different things, and if you're working from home, it's two million. And all of a sudden you find yourself in panic mode. Maybe you have a nervous tic. Maybe you start crying. Maybe you can't sleep at night. It's stress.
Our #tipoftheday is this: Address Your Stress. Don't ignore it. The minute you feel it swallowing you up, stop. Figure out what is happening, why it's happening, and how you're going to change it. Stress is a horrible thing, but when you ignore it, and let it keep piling up on top of you, it can get worse and worse, and wreak havoc on your heart, your mind, your spirit. Take the time to relax and address what's bothering you so that you can move forward happily and healthily.
