We're going to be talking about working with a schedule in the future, but today's #tipoftheday is going to help you right now, even before you have a schedule.
Today's tip: Doing a little each day is better than doing everything all in one day. For example, if you did one load of laundry each day, it wouldn't really seem overwhelming, would it? Wake up in the morning, put a load in. Throw it in the dryer at lunch time. Take it out, fold it up, put it away. Done. The machines really do most of the work, right? Let's say it takes you 30 minutes of labor each day. That's not so bad.
Now let's say you didn't do laundry all week. It's a beautiful Saturday morning, but you've got at least six loads of laundry. That's three hours that you've got to take out of your Saturday. And you definitely feel frustrated because that's a massive pile of laundry! You know how ugly it can get. Why are you doing that to yourself?
Do a little every day. Spread out those tasks that aren't fun to do, but have to get done, throughout the week so they don't overwhelm you.
