I (Andrea), am currently overwhelmed. Really. As I'm typing this, I'm estimating I've got about 85 hours of work at home work on my plate to try and accomplish in a week. And that's not including any of my "household/family/real life" chores. When I get faced with something like this, I am so tempted to just freak out. How am I going to do this? I can't do this. I'm going to screw everything up. I need help. Everyone's busy and I have no help right now. GAH!
But then I stop. Yes, I'm feeling the pressure, but freaking out doesn't solve anything. DON'T PANIC.
Here's what I have to do to put myself in the right mindset of getting things done.
Panicking and putting extra pressure on yourself will not make the To Do list get done any faster. If anything, it's going to make you shut down and will take you twice as long. Don't panic!
Frankie and Andrea take turns sharing stories. Just good talk over a cup of coffee.
