Sometimes things don’t work out as well as they should. Or at least, they don’t work out as well as you want them to. The problem is, you keep working at it the same way, hoping that things will change. What’s that phrase they say? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Today’s #tipoftheday is this: Change what you’re doing if you’re not getting the results you want. Quit doing the same old, same old, trying to expect things to get better. If your fitness plan isn’t working, stop it and try something else. If your advertising isn’t bringing in customers, rethink your message. Stop doing the same thing every day if it’s not working for you. It’s one thing to try out new things. But if a month or two has gone by and nothing has changed - why are you still doing it?
