Sometimes you have something that just gets on your last nerve. Or maybe it's someone that continually gets on your last nerve. The problem is, most of the time, we continually dwell on it. We think about it more and more, and it eats at us. Over and over. And your blood pressure gets higher, and you start thinking evil, or nasty, or angry, or frustrated thoughts. And it prevents up from moving forward and making a positive path.
Let it go. It's not doing you any good. Truly. That something or someone might always be there, doing the thing that makes you insane. Stop letting it make you insane. Let it go. Move on. Live in you. Live in your moment. Don't let something or someone take away what you want to be.
