I (Frankie) love things that make it easier for me to go about my daily life. Most things are simple little shortcuts that make a huge impact. Making things easier and saving time helps me, and you, have more time for the important stuff. This post is probably going to make me sound psycho, but it's my timesaving tip of the week and I'm super excited.
It doesn't really take a lot of time to make a pot of coffee, but when I get back from my walk in the mornings, I want a cup pretty fast, especially since colder weather has arrived. There have been days when I skip the coffee all together (oh the horror!) because I don't want to take the time to get everything together to make a pot, and I don't want to waste coffee because I'll probably only drink one cup and then not have another until that's cold and I have to make another pot.
Enter the Keurig...
I've wanted one for a while, but just couldn't bring myself to pay the money for it. I had to have the one with the reservoir on it because that's a big part of the timesaving aspect. The hubby and I found a really good deal on one on Black Friday and decided to snatch it up for our Christmas present to each other. It is AMAZING. One perfect cup of coffee whenever I want it and all I have to do it pop a K-cup in, put my mug under the spout, and wait about 30 seconds. That's it! No waste and I can just leave it on and if I want another cup in the afternoon, I just pop another K-cup in. Whoever invented this was brilliant and I love them!
You don't have to go out and buy a Keurig, but do always be on the lookout for little things that may save you lots of time and make your day run a lot smoother.
We'd love to hear from you. Comment below with some of your timesaving tips!
Frankie and Andrea take turns sharing stories. Just good talk over a cup of coffee.
