Things fall apart. You wake up in the morning to birds chirping and by the time you lay your head back down it has all crumbled. It was a rotten day. Maybe you lost a client. Maybe you forgot to pay an important bill. Maybe you even forgot that it was your day to be the carpool parent and you left some kids stranded at school an extra 20 minutes. Whatever happens, don't blame yourself. Because once you do, it starts a downward spiral where you lay in bed convincing yourself what a horrible person you are and you should just quit because you're not good enough.
Stop blaming yourself. Shit happens. No matter how good you are, shit happens. It may happen ten days in a row, and it may happen once a month. Take a deep breath. Believe that you're strong enough. Get a good night's rest, and start fresh in the morning. We'll be right there with you.
